Remodeling the transport sector of Williamson County

Did you know that American Commuters spend a total of 42 hours annually stuck in a traffic jam? It has also been estimated that close to $160 billion is lost in missed productivity when these traffic jams happen. The cost comes from the work opportunity lost, the additional gas that is used up when in a traffic snarl up and the additional wear and tear that happens to the vehicle in the process. The Williamson County is not taking these statistics for granted and they have already brought this matter to the discussion table at the county assembly.

One of the things that they stated is the fact that they expect that as the technological advancements keep happening, it will become even more complicated to adjust the transport systems to keep up. Think of a situation where the driverless car gets into traffic jam and they have to get around it. The presence of a better transportation system would be great because it would support and even exploit the new developments in technology. The community also noted that the community’s population was growing and that they needed a more reliable means to get from one place to the other. The rise in the population of the area has been attributed to the sharp increase in the rural to urban migration of the people. It was stated that in order for the system to serve people well, it would have t include roads that are smarter, technically advanced and completely efficient.

The residents also asked what the administration was doing about the expected rise in population. Mike Heiligenstein, the Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority head stated that the land codes had remained the same for a number of years and they expected them to stay that way. This was seen as the best move towards making sure that structures that expanded the use of the transport system got better.

Squaw Valley Statement

when unusually heavy rainstorms struck Placer County, many homes and businesses were affected. Even Squaw Valley, which had to replace and upgrade part of their water system over the summer. These upgrades were done to the High Camp and Gold Coast areas and resulted in some rather unfortunate contaminations.

However, the contaminants – E. coli and coliform bacteria – were found during Squaw Valley’s routine maintenance, and were reported immediately to all pertinent authorities, as well as other experts in the field.

Immediate action has led to vast improvements, leading officials at Squaw Valley to believe that the issues will be resolved quickly. They have released statements assuring guests that at no time was the contaminated water available to guests. They have also made it clear that they are going above and beyond what is necessary to make the water safe for drinking again.

Liesl Kenney, a spokesperson for Squaw Valley, assured all those who may have concerns that they, “have taken steps to address the issue and will continue to do so until the water system has returned to normal levels…” and that, “the safety of our customers [is] paramount to us.”

In the meantime, many parts of Squaw Valley remain open including top-to-bottom skiing, and guests are welcome to stay – as long as they don’t drink the water. Restaurants on the mountain top also remained closed until this issue has been resolved. Bottled drinking water has been provided to guests free of charge so that they can continue to enjoy their time at Squaw Valley.

WEN By Chaz VS. The Harshness Of Store Bought Shampoos

Cleansing hair without the harshness of shampoos is the concept behind the WEN By Chaz label. It didn’t sound achievable, but celebrity LA stylist Chaz Dean attained the impossible in his no lather shampoo line. The brand has revolutionized the way we care for our crowning glory. Women around the globe are WEN Hair devotees, and they have the super shiny, voluminous tresses to prove it. As the famous stylist has said often, “Hair doesn’t have to be hard.”

Chaz Dean doesn’t need an inflated introduction, because according to Wikipedia,  his celebrity clientele have been high-profile ladies, like Alyssa Milano and Brooke Shields. The hair expert developed his unique WEN By Chaz hair care line to help women everywhere to get away from the damaging chemicals blended into store bought shampoos and conditioners.

Nasty sulfates are chemical agents that do not belong and should not be present in shampoos, conditioners and any other hair care treatments. These chemicals might produce thick lathers, but instead, these synthetics are weakening the hair shaft, dulling locks and doing women no favors.

Chaz Dean lives an holistic lifestyle and used a similar approach to developing his world famous brand. His QVC advertised treatments not only wash the hair thoroughly, but do it without lather and also condition, de-tangle, deep condition and act as excellent leave-in treatments. The formulas are healthy and based on herbal and fruit-based botanicals that nourish strands from the root to the end. It doesn’t matter what your race or ethnicity is, if you color or straighten your hair, have wild texture or pin straight tresses, WEN By Chaz works for all.

The iconic stylist knows that most women abuse their hair with hot styling tools and constant hair processes. His special cleansing conditioners, styling cremes and oil treatments pamper and nourish the hair effectively.
